Hello, my name is Md Sameer Akhtar, Founder of Maxxcare24. Maxxcare24 is an AI-powered healthcare platform designed to make healthcare more accessible, convenient, affordable and connected. Our vision is simple: Patients should not have to struggle to find the right doctor or healthcare service. 1. AI-Powered Healthcare Assistant Our AI healthcare assistant is designed to understand patients' symptoms and help them identify the appropriate medical specialty. For example, if a patient reports skin problems, the AI can guide them towards a dermatologist. If a patient reports joint pain, it can suggest an orthopaedic specialist. The goal is to reduce confusion and connect patients with the right healthcare professionals faster. AI supports navigation, while medical diagnosis and treatment remain the responsibility of qualified doctors. 2. AI Prescription Upload & Digital Health Records Patients can upload their prescriptions directly to Maxxcare24. Our proposed AI system can extract medicine names, dosage instructions and prescribed schedules, subject to verification, and organise this information into a digital health record. This helps patients manage their prescriptions, revisit previous consultations and share relevant medical information with their doctors. 3. Smart Medicine Reminders & Notifications Maxxcare24 aims to provide personalised notifications based on doctor-verified prescriptions. Patients can receive reminders for: - Taking prescribed medicines on time. - Upcoming doctor appointments. - Follow-up consultations. - Scheduled diagnostic tests. - Prescription renewals and health checkups. Our objective is to improve treatment adherence and continuity of care. 4. Doctor at Home – Target Within 30 Minutes One of our key service propositions is convenient doctor-at-home access. Through Maxxcare24, patients can request a qualified doctor to visit their home, reducing unnecessary travel and waiting time. We aim to enable doctor visits within 30 minutes in selected service areas, depending on doctor availability and location. The platform can also connect patients with home nursing, diagnostic testing and other healthcare services. 5. Connected Healthcare Ecosystem Maxxcare24 aims to bring multiple healthcare services onto one platform, including specialist consultations, doctor-at-home visits, diagnostic labs, medicine delivery, nursing services and hospital appointments. 6. Business Model Our revenue opportunities include commissions or service fees from eligible healthcare bookings, diagnostic service partnerships, home healthcare services and optional patient membership plans, subject to applicable regulations. Our long-term vision is to build a connected healthcare ecosystem where AI simplifies access, qualified professionals deliver care, and patients manage their healthcare journey from one platform. Thank you.
