About the Program
Seedstars International Ventures is an early-stage VC fund investing in B2B technology startups across emerging markets, excluding China. Since 2012, Seedstars has invested in 139+ companies across 40 countries. The fund invests at the Pre-Seed and Seed stages, typically investing $150K–$350K initially, with follow-on investments of up to $500K. It targets 3–5% ownership and also provides founders with hands-on support, global perspectives, and strategic value-add. Key investment areas include Financial Services (payments, credit, banking, insurance), Market Enablement (marketplaces, e-commerce, supply chain, cross-border trade), and Productivity (SaaS, workflow automation, data, analytics, and AI tools).

Pre-Seed or Seed stage B2B technology startup Based in or focused on emerging markets, excluding China Building a scalable technology-driven business Working in Financial Services, Market Enablement, or Productivity Strong potential for growth and meaningful impact in its market Typical funding requirement of $150K–$350K for the initial round
